Icebox Strawberry Pie

Icebox Strawberry Pie is one of the most refreshing and satisfying summer pies. Since it is reaching the 90's here in Phoenix, I decided to whip this up for my family in individual portions. A buttery graham cracker crust with hints of cinnamon complements the strawberries perfectly. Only the freshest strawberries will do, and in strawberry season, they are not hard to come by! These plump, juicy and sweet strawberries are the perfect ending to a barbecue (or any meal for that matter!). The freshly whipped cream tops off the pie, which adds a touch of creaminess and decadence.

Call and order yours today! These can be made in individual servings or whole pies.

Brownie Pie

Brownies + Pie = Brownie Pie. Who doesn't love a good brownie? How can you make it outrageous? Make it into a pie with a graham cracker crust topped off with chocolate ganache.

Then add vanilla ice cream! The center of the pie is slightly gooey, and has an insane deep chocolate flavor. The pie melts in your mouth and the graham cracker crust gives you a bit of crunch to your bite. This can also be topped with homemade marshmallow fluff and then chocolate ganache to make a s'more pie...which takes this dessert to another level. It will remind you of those summer camp outs when you roasted marshmallows over the fire with a grown-up chocolate fix.

Marbled Breakfast Bundt Cake

A marbled breakfast bundt cake is the perfect way to start off any morning, and is exceptional for brunches and special occasions.

Here a chocolate ganache was added for extra indulgence, although it is perfectly delicious as is. The chocolate marbling is moist and has a deep, dark chocolate flavor. This cake is a wonderful pairing of vanilla and chocolate. The flavors complement each other, and leave you wanting more.

For serving, this piece has the ganache drizzled atop the cake. Chocolate for breakfast? Yes, please.

Deep Chocolate Cupcakes with Marshmallow Creme Filling Topped with Dark Chocolate Ganache

A client needed cupcakes for her son's soccer team party. I immediately thought of these cupcakes - a rich dark chocolate cake base filled with a buttery marshmallow cream topped off with a dark chocolate ganache and three marshmallow stripes across the top which matched the team jerseys. She purchased three dozen cupcakes with the plan to have some left over for dessert that night. My client informed me that the cupcakes were all eaten within five minutes not only by the boys, but the coaches and parents as well!

Take a peak inside this beauty! The marshmallow filling is creamy, buttery, and delicious. The chocolate cupcake is moist with a deep chocolate flavor that is subtly sweet which plays off of the marshmallow filling. This cupcake is not only a client favorite, but a family favorite as well.

Vanilla Cupcakes with Creamy Vanilla Buttercream

Vanilla cupcakes are always a well received gift. Recently I gifted a dozen to a friend, and not only did her eyes light up but so did her kids! They dove into the box right on the doorstep and began to devour them!

These cupcakes are packed with pure vanilla flavor. The frosting is creamy and rich - yet not too sweet.  The sprinkles top off the cupcake, and add a bit of whimsy. Some people may think that a vanilla cupcake is boring, but let me tell you, these are not. Not only will they satisfy your sweet tooth, but the flavor will win you over for good.

Just look at that cupcake! Don't you want a bite? I know I do.

Midnight Chocolate Cake with Fluffy Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Valentine's Day is tomorrow! What are giving your valentine? Maybe this midnight chocolate cake with fluffy chocolate buttercream?

Look at that deep, dark chocolate cake with the pillowy chocolate frosting. This frosting is the lightest frosting you will ever taste, not overly sweet, yet has just the right chocolatey intenseness for the cake.

The frosting is made with semisweet chocolate and butter. The semisweet chocolate contrasts nicely with the dark chocolate cake and allows both flavors to shine. This cake also makes great cupcakes, and can be decorated to your liking. Order yours today - there is still time to order for Valentine's Day (and have it delivered to your door)!

Strawberry Cake

Strawberries are starting to arrive in the local farmers markets, and I just had to purchase some. I decided to whip up a light and airy cake with big strawberry flavor. The cake is a lightly flavored with vanilla, topped with strawberries, and then sprinkled with a large grain sanding sugar.

To top it off, I sprinkled on a bit of confectioners sugar. Just look at how light and moist that cake is! This is a strawberry cake at its best! It is great for breakfast, or for a little snack any time of day.

Cinnamon Muffins

I just had a client call me in need of breakfast goodies for out of town guests. Some of her guests she knew well, some she had never met before. What to serve? Cinnamon muffins. I suggested these muffins because they pair well with all beverages. These muffins are also light, fluffy, and moist. The tops are covered in cinnamon and sugar, and the body of the muffin is made with buttermilk to ensure a light, moist crumb. Cinnamon muffins are the perfect muffin for meetings, guests, brunches, and great to wake up to any morning. What is your favorite muffin?

Snickerdoodles

Snickerdoodles are one of my favorite cookies. I love their soft and chewy bites. Snickerdoodles are the type of cookie that you cannot eat just one of, and if you happen to have a plateful, well, let's just say there won't be any left when you get up. I recently served these at a wedding shower, and they were gone in minutes! These were a crowd favorite with their subtle hint of cinnamon and sugar and slight tang of the cream of tartar. The Orange Blossom can make these to order for you any day, as they are made fresh and in small batches to ensure quality.
