Growing up in Pennsylvania Dutch country, I had my share of sweets made with molasses and molasses spice cookies were always my favorite. Here, the Orange Blossom Molasses Spice Cookies combines molasses and spices to allow each of the flavors to shine while maintaining a soft and chewy cookie that lets your teeth sink right in, yet there is still a slight crunch of the sugar coating. They are wonderful on their own or with a cup of hot chocolate!
