Snickerdoodles are one of my favorite cookies. I love their soft and chewy bites. Snickerdoodles are the type of cookie that you cannot eat just one of, and if you happen to have a plateful, well, let's just say there won't be any left when you get up. I recently served these at a wedding shower, and they were gone in minutes! These were a crowd favorite with their subtle hint of cinnamon and sugar and slight tang of the cream of tartar.
