I don't know about you, but when I think about indulging in a cookie, I think chocolate. These chocolate crinkle cookies will satisfy any chocolate craving. They are chewy, moist, and made with dutch processed cocoa powder, melted chocolate, and have dark chocolate chips mixed right in.
